Happy Go Lucky

Do you have any friends are just happy go lucky? They seem to go through life without a care in the world. It appears that no matter what occurs in their life, they are still able to smile. Where does this come from? How do they develop this ability to go through life without a care? Some people say it is hereditary. Others say that it is decided effort on their part to ignore the cares of life. But how does the Word of God say we can become happy go lucky?
