Get Rich Quick
Proverbs 22:4
Good Morning Friend,
As you log in to your computer and prepare to check your daily emails, your eyes are suddenly drawn to an email message marked urgent. You recognize the sender, but the subject line is a little vague. A feeling of apprehension slowly rises inside as you move your mouse to click on the email. Finally the email opens. But instead of a message of urgency, the first words you read are, ‘I have this great new opportunity on how we can get rich quick!’. Your heart beat slows down and your facial expression regulates as you move your cursor to the delete button.
We have all received an email similar to this. There will always be ‘Get Rich Quick’ schemes, but does the Word of God give us a true way to ‘get rich’?
